The current releases of the plugins support After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid, and Davinci Resolve. We no longer develop or offer technical support for Vegas and Motion however all plugins should work with them.

For Motion: Download our FX4 (FCP) builds to demo the plugin before purchasing. If everything looks correct, purchase a serial number for Final Cut Pro – this serial will activate the plugin in Motion.

For Vegas: Download the latest OFX builds to demo the plugin before purchasing. If everything looks correct, purchase a serial number for OFX (OpenFx) – this serial will activate the plugin in Vegas. 

We highly recommend running the demo thoroughly before purchasing a license. 

We offer both options: a stand-alone license for a specific plugin or a yearly subscription (all plugins for all host apps, or all plugins for a single host app). 

Purchasing a stand-alone license means you are buying a specific version of the plugin. It will include basic updates but paid upgrades for versions with new features and major system compatibility changes are not included. 

Purchasing an yearly subscription means updates and upgrades for all plugins are included (important for bug fixes and any changes to host apps or operating systems). Learn more about the differences between subscriptions and perpetual licenses here.

Once you place an order, you will receive two emails right away. The first email confirms your purchase. The second has an invoice with all the product information you will need, including serial numbers and download links. The emails are sent automatically, but sometimes they do end up in your Spam folder so please check that if the information does not land in your Inbox within a few minutes.

Our license system is designed to be one license per user but assumes each user will have two computers: an in-office desktop workstation and a laptop used as a secondary traveling station.

Our software is cross-platform and does work on both Mac and Windows. Serial numbers are only specific to the host application you purchased them for. Example: a Premiere Pro and After Effects serial number will not work in FCP, but will work to activate the plugin in Premiere Pro and After Effects on Mac or Windows. 

To use the plugin on multiple host apps, purchase a crossgrade license to an additional host app or consider purchasing our Anarchy All Access subscription.

The crosshatch lines that appear are the plugin demo watermark and can only be removed with your serial number after you purchase the plugin. 

All our VFX plugin demo versions will have the watermark, however ,this is the only difference between a demo and a full version, which means the watermarked demo version still allows users to access all functionalities of the plugin for testing before purchasing.

If seeing what the export looks like without the watermark is crucial for you to make a purchase decision, please email our tech support team at cs@digitalanarchy.com for assistance. We may be able to export a sample of your project if you can share that with our team.

Playback occurs in real-time in most situations, but that will depend on resolution, frame rate, GPU speed, and other effects applied to the timeline. If there are issues with playback, like frames being skipped or delays, please render the timeline to fix the issue. 

If you are seeing issues with Flicker Free specifically, it is because it analyzes multiple frames for each frame of video. Try rendering a short portion of the timeline to preview the results.

If you purchased a license for the wrong host app or ordered more licenses than needed by mistake, please email us. We will swap your license without requiring you to repurchase or refund any double orders placed by mistake.
